1.Blue
Blue is the color of our planet. It is nature's color for the oceans & the sky.It is the most comfortable and at the same time, the most invigorating for us.Here's a way to focus on blue energy.
First of all, lie down on your back and breathe gently. Imagine red light moving in the pit of your stomach and gently moving up through your body to your abdomen. As it does so, changing color from red, to orange to yellow.Next imagine a shower of green light emanating down towards your face, meeting the yellow light and creating a blue aura around your entire body. This method will help you soothe your emotions, relax your nerves and increase your concentration.
2.Start fresh!
At the beginning of each day, open your curtains & bedroom window as soon as you get up.Next, sit on your bed, and cross your legs in the 'Lotus Position', releasing the tension in your body. Hold this position for a few minutes, while breathing slowly and deeply.
You'll actually wake up your body and mind so that you're really to start your busy day and feel great all day long.
3.Easy and great walking!
Do you know how to breathe while walking?
At the beginning you should inhale twice through your nose when you step off with your left leg.Next, exhale once through your nose as you step on your right leg. Continue walking with this in-in-out rhythm, for at least 30 minutes each day.
It's worth the effort for your health and spirit.
4.What dose hyakue mean?
This spot in oriental medicine is right on the apex of your head, and it is a focal point for 100 vital energy flows. When you need to take a break,(sometimes you might)hold both of your hands over your head, pushing your Hyakue with both of your middle fingers 10 to 20 times. You can also tap yourself over the head with a hairbrush.(be gentle!)This will improve your energy(prana)flow, making you feel & function better. You might even get a fresh idea that you had previously overlooked.
5.Really exhausted?
Why not try leaning against a tree or even hugging it!
Breathe naturally until you remove all the negative vibes from your body. You will be able to feel a spirit of tranquility and your body will be filled with natural energy.
6.Do you truly understand yourself?
Sometimes you should stop in the middle of your daily routine work, and write down your feelings, thoughts and mental condition on a piece of paper.
One month later, read the notes that you have written. You may find that you can understand yourself more clearly; what your strong and weak points are, when your energy levels are higher or lower, and learn more about your hopes and aspirations. If you commit to a new and healthier lifestyle, you will experience a deeper level of tranquility.
7.Write a letter that you never send.
Sometimes we all feel angry or disappointed with co-workers or friends. Our feelings can be hurt by rumors or other hurtful actions. At that time, a healthy way to react is to write a letter to that person, saying how you feel about what they have said or done. But you shouldn't send the letter. Instead, once you have let all your feelings out on paper, tear it up or burn it.
You will be able to get back to a peaceful, gentle and warm frame of mind, as though you have been cleansed by a sea breeze.
8.Free your mind from all stresses.
At the beginning of the weekend open all the windows in your home. Then remove all of your unnecessary belongings, such as shoes, clothes, old magazines, etc. By doing so, you will feel revitalized by your home's newfound space and cleanliness. It is harder than it sounds, but the results are worth it!
9.Time is the best medicine.
Don't fight against your memories.Just like the body, the mind has its own healing process. With time, bitter and unhappy memories fade. After a while we don't feel the pain so clearly, and we are free to enjoy the present.
10.Go to sleep easily!
If you have trouble getting to sleep, you should sit in a chair, put your right heel on a golf ball, and roll it around 10 to 20 times. Then repeat on the heel of the opposite foot.
Repeat 2 or 3 times. An alternative is to rub both heels on the floor in a circular motion for one minute. For best results, circle both heels clockwise, and then repeat the exercise in an anticlockwise direction.
This exercise stimulates acupuncture points, called Shitsumin in Japanese, on the heel that promote good sound sleep.
