41.Caution! Lack of zinc
Some psychological and physical(injury or illness)stresses cause deficiency of zinc. When you have too many alcoholic drinks or sugars or cigarettes, you might need a greater than usual daily zinc intake.
But supplements often provide a larger amount of zinc than is needed, and this can inhibit the absorption of the essential mineral of copper into your body. It is difficult to massage the back of your stiff neck.
Try to hold each end of the towel and twist it 5 times.
Put the middle of the towel on the back of your neck and rotate your head in circles to right and left.

Close your eyes tightly for 3secs, and next snap your eyes open.

Take a short 5-minute break from your work!
Sit back in your chair with straight back & close your eyes.
And then inhale deeply and hold your breath for 2 or 3 seconds.
Exhale slowly and then open your eyes and you will feel refreshed.
You should repeat these actions 5 times over the period of 5 minutes.
48.Exercise your eyes ?
Eyestrain is a common, modern element.Let's see how we can exercise our eyes.
Sit back in chair with back straight and face forward.
Circle your shoulders slowly in a shrugging motion.
Put your left hand on your left knee and stretch your right arm in front of you.
Hold up your forefinger and stare at it until your vision becomes blurry.
And then move your finger up and down, left and right. Following the movements with your eyes.
Change hands and try the other side.
Doing this once a week will help to keep your eyes beautiful.
49.Just for a change.....!
How about putting some flowers on the desk?During your daily life, if you feel tired in physical condition, you should pick up a red flower, like the tulip. If you are under extreme pressure, you had better get an orange one, like the pot marigold. If you need to develop your concentration, you might buy a yellow one, like the freesia. If you would like to get relief from stress, you should choose a green or purple variety like the clematis.You can select a different flower depending on how you feel that day.
50.What do you think?
The color of our clothes can be a subconscious indicator of our physical condition.For example; if you have recently started choosing red clothes, you might be unmotivated and in need of an energy boost. Yellow might mean that you need rest. Wearing a lot of blue indicates that you need more exercise, while purple suggests that you are over worked and need to cut back.
